The authors are investigating physiological effect of waterscape in Chinese residential quarters. In this report we investigated an EEG by a comparison between waterscape and non-waterscape images. Results showed: α-EEG of 85% testees have activated in waterscape images compared to non-waterscape ones. Images of [Fountain pond equipped with landscape facilities] and [Pond with green islet] had higher α-EEG than others, and were shown significant difference to more than half of non-waterscape ones. It was also noticed that α-EEG of testees could be enhanced according to area increase of landscape facilities or water in these images.

The purpose of this paper is to represent realistic color perspective for Japanese landscape using computergraphics. First we investigate the effect of color perspective and the coefficients of its estimation expression from a landscape photograph and clear view distance. Next we divide a landscape into parts from a certain distance and then proceed to create a "Scene" layer by layer. We think about the relation between estimation expression and filter operation and finally render color perspective effect to each "Scene" using filter operation.

In this study, we calculated each laboratory's excess of electricity bill over dividend on a per capita basis of numbers of laboratories in each 2 departments (electricity) or 1 group of 6 departments (chemistry), in national university corporation. In 5 laboratories out of 9, excess over dividend are less than excess over expenses that interfere with research work. And in rest 4 laboratories, differences of excesses are the 100 thousands yen mark. Furthermore, we made it clear numbers of laboratories, that will have to pay excess over dividend, decrease from 23 to 13, when the quantity of electricity decrease 20%.

In this study, we find combination of building materials and construction methods to reduce environmental loads (LCCO_2, final waste, LCC) with using genetic algorithms system which is developped to select those combination. We apply the system to "the standard building model (often used at calculating thermal load)", and search combinations to minimize each value through life cycle. Then we can find combinations to reduce a11 values at the same time by the system using "restriction method". Each value is much less than each of house which has enough thermal insulating material to satisfy "standard by energy conservation next generation".
