<p>Systematic organizational support is necessary to use e-Learning effectively at higher education institutions. This paper suggests the "University e-Learning Management Model" which considers the characteristics of management structure of higher education institutions and the problems of e-Learning. The model has been created based on prior research and our experiences and gone through revisions by applying to e-Learning management of a college in two iterations. Empirical data confirmed the effects of the Model on improved communication and better reaction among stakeholders.</p>

オンライン授業が多くの大学で行われるようになり,動画の教育利用は大きく取り上げられることになったが,単に動画を使うことだけでは学習効果が得られるかはわからない。動画をあくまで教育手段の一つと捉え,動画を含めた授業コンテンツを独り立ちさせることによって,オンライン授業における学習効果は期待できる。誌面の関係もあり,本稿では,オンライン授業の「動画」を作成する際に考えたいこと留意したいことを中心に,授業設計の手順から動画作成のポイントまでを順にまとめたほか,運用に際しては組織的な支援が求められることについても触れている。
