In this paper, it is first made clear that the author's dialectic axiom-theorem and the dialectic monism of material-spirit results in being systematized by developing in succession of Osawa's dialectics of practice and Chishima's dialectics of life, and then it is also shown that it has a possibility of making an important role as a leading principle to develop newly various scientific theories. Second, from a viewpoint of Chishima's Philoso-Science, the right and wrong for previous universe models are critically considered and the dynamic expansion-contraction universe model which is a main stream of modem cosmology is found to satisfy the author's dialectic axiom. This model however has a big contradiction that there has been observed only the half of total amount of matter which is required to make our universe in motion from expansion to contraction. Then, the unknown dark matter is tried to be researched life-scientifically based on the author's dialectic monism of material-spirit and the mind-body scientific mechanism of bearing a high level consciousness made clear by solving two conflicting opinions of near-death experience. Consequently, it is originally found that the dark matter in the material world corresponds in a thermodynamic sense to the decrease in weight of human and rat during dying process, and converts its phase in an endothermic manner from the material to the spiritual world of which energy field is higher than that of the material world. Based on the above, an image of twin universe composed of material and spirit is proposed by criticizing Peti's twin universe model composed of material and anti-material.
