胃癌患者の剖検症例より得られたIVC血栓に対し、MRIと病理組織の比較検討を行った。本症例においては、T1強調画像、T2強調画像によって、血栓組織と癌成分を区別することが可能と考えられた。

Our report described that ex-vivo MRI and histological findings of cancer-associated DVT with gastric cancer. This case showed discrimination of the DVT from the tumor component with conventional MRI.
