The way of enjoying Sanuki Udon has been changed from eating to tasting and comparing some different Udon shops in all over Kagawa prefecture. This trend has led to Sanuki Udon boom. The purpose of this study is to clarify the locational characteristic of Sanuki Udon shops from spatial perspective in Takamatsu city, Kagawa prefecture. The analysis used GIS from 4 viewpoints that are Type of Service, Spatiality, Population, and Accessibility. As a result, it was revealed that the Sanuki Udon shop was located not to be conscious of tourists' behavior.
