Inocybe dunensis P. D. Orton and Inocybe leptoclada Takah. Kobay. & Courtec. collected from Wakayama Prefecture, Western Japan by Kumagusu Minakata are described and illustrated. Inocybe dunensis is newly recorded in Japan. Inocybe leptoclada is newly recorded in western Japan.
