This paper present how to manage Tourism Resource (TR) in Tourist Leading Contents Tourism (TLCT). This research adopts analysis of two cases of Anime Pilgrimage, in particular, dealing with Town Washimiya as Sacred Place for "Lucky☆Star" and Town Toyosato as Sacred Place for "K-ON!". As a result, Area Expansion Model (AEM) and Area Concentration Model (ACM) as TR in TLCT are proposed.
