In order to encourage individual asset flow into the Japanese market through long-term investments, it is important to evaluate stock values of companies because stock prices of companies are determined not only by internal values, which are independent of other companies, but also by market fundamentalism. However, there are few studies conducted in this area in the machine learning community, while there are many studies about prediction of stock price trends. These studies use a single factor approach (such as textual or numerical) and focus on internal values only. We propose a model where we combine two major financial approaches to evaluate stock values: technical analysis and fundamental analysis. The technical analysis is conducted using Long-Short Term Memory and technical indexes as input data. On the other hand, the fundamental analysis is conducted transversely and relatively by creating a program which can retrieve data on financial statements of all listed companies in Japan and put them into a database. From the experiments, compared to single technical analysis proposed model’s accuracy in classification was 11.92% more accurate and the relative error of regression was 3.77% smaller on average. In addition, compared to single factor approaches the accuracy in classification was 6.16% more accurate and the relative error of regression was 3.22% smaller on average. The proposed model has the potential to be combined with other prediction methods, such as textual approaches or even traditional financial approaches, which would improve accuracy and increase practicality of this model.

放射性物質等によって汚染された場所で作業を実施する場合,汚染物の再浮遊による空気汚染が放射線管理上問題となる。このため,再浮遊係数を予測あるいは測定,評価することは,放射線管理上極めて重要である。 本報告書は,今後の放射線管理における空気汚染の事前評価を目的として,動力炉・核燃料開発事業団東海事業所再処理工場,日本原子力研究所東海,大洗研究所等の各種放射線作業で測定されたデータを基に求めた再浮遊係数についての調査結果をまとめたものである。 その結果,再浮遊係数の平均的な範囲として,機器の除染,補修作業時は10-5sim10-7cm 1であり,また,プルトニウム等を取扱う作業は,10-6sim10-7cm 1であった。 今回の調査は,必ずしも同一条件下ではないが,その値はおよそ10-5sim10-7cm 1の範囲であることがわかった。 また,付録の"種々の表面からのプルトニウムの再浮遊係数を決定するためのいくつかの実験"のレポートは,放射線管理上有用かつ詳細なデータが報告されており,参考となる点が多々あり,併せて課員の資質向上を図ることを目的に全訳し添付している。 著者所属: 日本原子力研究開発機構(JAEA)

We focused on the effect that applying visual and haptic stimuli reduce the task load of situation awareness during a ball game, and we hypothesized that as a result, they also reduce the number of misplays. We developed the system which can provide the visual and haptic stimuli for supporting 3-on-3 soccer game in real-time; for visual stimuli, the position relationship of opponent players are shown, and for haptic stimuli, the position of opponent player who are in the out of view angle. Through the experiment we evaluated whether the visual and haptic stimuli can reduce the task load in a ball game. As a result, the proposed visual or haptic stimuli itself reduced the player's task load and improved the ball handling skill. On the other hand, we found that the combination of visual and haptic stimuli did not reduce the task load of player, and did not contribute to the reduction of misplay.

骨格筋の柔軟性は,肉離れや筋損傷の予防に重要であると考えられる.静的筋ストレッチは,骨格筋に対しさまざまな作用があるといわれているが一定の見解は得られていない.健常者14名を対象とし,超音波診断装置を用いて静的ストレッチの効果を検討した.ハムストリングに対する1分間の静的ストレッチ前後の中心腱移動距離,筋硬度変化を計測した.また,筋加温の変化についても検討した.その結果,男女ともストレッチ後30分間は中心腱移動距離が増加する傾向を認めた.筋硬度はストレッチ後男性のみ増加する傾向を認めた.筋加温による影響は明らかでなかった.超音波診断装置により,骨格筋に対するストレッチ効果を判定可能と考えられた.

In recent years, early involvement in advanced engineering has become increasingly important for automotive suppliers. A supplier engaged in advanced engineering affects development competition and has a higher probability of being selected as the mass production supplier. Therefore, global suppliers are encouraged to engage in the advanced engineering phase. However, suppliers have their own individual strategic methods of approaching automotive OEMs. The Korean market is a strategic target for global suppliers. The Korean OEM, Hyundai Motor Company (HMC) is widely regarded as a late starter. It has grown rapidly and it recently achieved the fifth position in the global vehicle sales world ranking for Global OEMs. The HMC headquarters are the centralized authority for R&D as well as for mass production. Thus, in obtaining business with HMC, approaching the headquarters is particularly crucial. On the other hand, HMC needs global suppliers’ development capability to improve quality and reduce cost. However, the supplier’s attitude determines whether the know-how can be transferred to HMC. This study uses the transaction between Denso and HMC as a case study, and observes how Denso engages in HMC’s advanced engineering phase and influences the mass production supplier selection processes later. Using transaction governance theory, this study discusses the effects of raising quality, reducing production cost, and controlling opportunism through early supplier involvement in advanced engineering. This research model would be a useful reference for observing the level of development and prospecting in developing countries’ OEMs.

In this paper, we describe a key strategy of local procurement for Japanese auto parts suppliers and discuss future story of that. The conclusions are below. Firstly, nowadays the key strategy of J-suppliers is given by themselves, not by their customers. They are going to construct competitiveness, mainly focused on COST, for their own subsidiaries. The figure of local content just indicates consequent of pursuing its strategy. Secondary, the concept of local content has changed recently. The more significant index is intraregional procurement compared to traditional local content. Moreover, we proposed that J-suppliers should increase business with regional enterprises than present days if they maintain a prosperity.

最近,微弱な光吸収を測定するための分光手法が,いくつか提案されている。なかでも熱レンズ効果,光熱偏向効果を用いる方法は,感度,位置分解能に優れており,超微量吸光分析や試料の三次元分布を調べる目的で使用されるようになっている.本稿ではこれらの分光法の原理,特徴,応用などについて述べる.

色が人間の内分泌系に及ぼす生理的効果について,唾液中に含まれるコルチゾールにより検証した.青・赤・透明の眼鏡を着用させた状態でストレス負荷試験を実施した(被験者内計画:n=23).その結果,青色による内分泌系 (HPA系)のストレス反応抑制効果が認められた.

We investigated the differences between males and females in the reversal effect of neostigmine on neuromuscular blockade. Thirty male and 30 female patients undergoing elective general anesthesia were studied. Vecuronium was given in all patients anesthetized with nitrous oxide, oxygen, and sevoflurane. After the surgical procedure, when Tl (1st response in train-of-four (TOF))/control returned to 0.25, neostigmine 40 μg/kg in combination with atropine 20 μg/kg was given to antagonize residual neuromuscular blockade. Three, six, nine, 12, and 15 minutes after neostigmine reversal, Tl/control or TOF ratio (T4/Tl) did not significantly differ between the sexes. Also, 15 minutes after neostigmine administration, the number of patients in whom recovery from neuromuscular blockade was sufficient to guarantee good respiratory function, i.e., TOF ratio >0.74, did not significantly differ between the sexes. In contrast, 15 minutes after neostigmine, the number of patients in whom recovery from neuromuscular blockade was adequate to ensure satisfactory recovery from neuromuscular blockade including the return of the faculty of sight, i.e., TOF ratio >0.9, was significantly less in the males than in females (6 vs 14, P=0.028). In conclusion, 15 min after neostigmine, TOF ratio less often returns to a value of more than 0.9 in males than in females.
