本研究の目的は,乳児の母親の育児ストレス状況とその関連要因を明らかにすることである.対象は,岩手の2村に住む乳児の母親199人である.6つの尺度,育児ストレス,対児感情,母性意識,夫との関係性のストレス,特性不安,そして特性怒りについて調査した.その結果,育児ストレスは,パーソナリティとしての不安になりやすさをベースに,夫との関係性のストレスや子どもへの否定的感情,母親役割の非受容感が影響していた.しかし,怒りやすさや子どもに対する肯定的感情は影響していなかった.乳児期の育児ストレスは怒りよりも不安や抑うつ感が主となっていると考えられた.また子どもに対して肯定的感情を持っていても育児ストレスが低いとは言えないことが明らかとなった.また出産直後からの人的支援は子どもの肯定的受容を促進すると考えられるが,それだけでは育児ストレス軽減には充分ではないことが分かった.また,生後6ヵ月頃からの子どもの発達の特徴は,母親の育児困難感を高める要因となり乳児期の育児ストレスに影響していると推測された.さらに,専業主婦や働いている母親よりも産休中・育休中の母親のほうが積極的・肯定的な母性意識が低く,逆に消極的・否定的な母性意識が高く,子どもに関連した育児ストレスが高いことが明らかとなり,産休・育休中の母親への支援が重要であると考えられた.

Currently, numerous studies on Japanese prewar media events were merely focused on the perspectives of cultural and media management, rather than its propaganda function. However, propaganda function of Japanese prewar media events is not hard to be observed on the Japanese prewar event phenomena, for instance, the New Eight Views of Japan selection event held in 1927 (Showa 2 year) is a typically representative case. Combined with its historical background, based on the analysis on reports of media events from its host organizations (newspaper offices) at that time, in this paper, the propaganda function of media events during the Japanese prewar period has been confirmed and the study viewpoint in the relationship between media events and political propaganda has been extended to the Japanese prewar period.

In this study, we compared the physicochemical properties and sensory attributes of low temperature pasteurized (LTLT) milk and ultra-high temperature treated (UHT) milk, both of which were produced using the same raw milk. The consumer tests indicated that the odor, sweetness, thickness, and after-taste were weaker in the LTLT milk compared to that in the UHT milk (p<0.01) and that the LTLT milk was more refreshing than the UHT milk (p<0.01). Although the taste of UHT milk was more familiar than that of the LTLT milk (p<0.05), there was no difference in palatability of the two milks. The odor of the LTLT milk resembled that of raw milk when the odor was analyzed at 40°C, 50°C, and 60°C by using an odor sensor. However, the odor of UHT milk was different from that of both the LTLT milk and the raw milk. The viscosity of the LTLT milk was lower than that of the UHT milk (p<0.05). The hardness of custard puddings prepared using LTLT milk was lesser than that of custard puddings prepared using UHT milk (p<0.01). In addition, the sensory evaluation with the expert panel indicated that the custard pudding prepared using LTLT milk was softer and had a better melting feeling in the mouth compared with that prepared using UHT milk (p<0.01).

高度情報通信社会を迎えた今日における情報リテラシーに関する教育はどうあるべきなのか.本稿は,この問いに対する初等中等教育段階を対象とした教育について検討する.まず,これまで我が国の初等中等教育で検討・実施されてきた情報リテラシー教育を概観し,児童生徒の情報リテラシーの実態について把握する.その上で,初等中等教育において取り組まれている情報リテラシー教育の実践や研究を整理し,課題を指摘する.

目的:ビグアナイド薬長期投与におけるビタミンB12(以下Vit B12)の低下とVit B12低下に対するメコバラミン補充療法の神経障害改善効果を調査する.方法:当院通院中の2型糖尿病患者で同薬5年以上投与群28名(登録時には全例メトホルミン(以下Met)を投与)と非投与群20名を対象に,横断研究として血中Vit B12・腱反射・振動覚を測定.Vit B12低下(≦298 pg/mL)を示す9例にはメコバラミン半年間補充前後の変化を前向きに評価した.結果:Met 1日平均投与量は950 mg(250~1500 mg).血中Vit B12濃度はMet 750 mg以下では対照と変わらないが1.5 gで有意に低値を示した.補充療法は,Vit B12低下9例中6例の振動覚や腱反射を改善させた.総括:Met 1日1.5 g以上の日本人2型糖尿病ではVit B12のスクリーニングが有用である.
