本論文ではBavelas et al. (2000) による聞き手反応についての実験研究を追試検討し、心理臨床場面での「共感」のあり方について考察をした。聞き手反応は語り手の話の内容にあまり影響を受けない一般的聞き手反応(GLR) と語り手の話の内容に強く影響を受ける特殊聞き手反応(SLR) の2つに区分された。実験では3つの仮説について検討した。1) SLR の出現する時間は、GLR の出現する時間と比べて、より遅くなるであろう。2) SLR はGLR に比べて、聞き手が話の内容から注意をそらされる条件でより出現することが少なくなるであろう。3) 聞き手が話の内容から注意をそらされる条件では、聞き手が適切に話を聞くことができる条件と比べて、話の質が低下するであろう。被験者は20組のペアであり、聞き手が注意深く話し手の話を聴くように教示された物語り群と聞き手が物語りから注意をそらされる言葉数え群のいずれかにランダムに割り当てられた。話し手は危機一髪の体験を話すように求められた。結果は3つの仮説を全て支持するものであった。以上の実験研究の結果から、心理療法場面で重視されてきた「共感」概念に対して考察し、いくつかの示唆を提示した。

Digital gate driving methods have been recently proposed to control the IGBT switching transient by dynamically changing the drive power according to the input digital pattern. It has been reported that both surge voltage suppression and turn-off loss reduction can be consistently achieved. In the prior papers, however, the effect is evaluated based on only one optimum point, so that the effect of digital gate driving technology have not been accurately benchmarked for practical use. In this paper, we proposed a new benchmarking method for digital gate driven IGBTs using an approach of Eoff-Vsurge Trade-off shifts. We applied the proposed method to 12 types of IGBT samples and analyzed the benchmarking results.

(目的) 精巣微小石灰化 (testicular microlithiasis; TM) は, 精細管内に特徴的な石灰化を認める比較的稀な病態である. 日本人におけるTMの出現頻度や, その臨床的重要性についての報告はほとんどない. 今回, 精巣生検組織および精巣摘出標本をTMについて再評価し, 精巣病理組織標本が得られた集団中での出現頻度について検討した. (対象と方法) 1988年1月から2000年5月までに得られた200症例の精巣病理組織標本 (精巣摘出標本56例, 精巣生検144例) を検討した. (結果) 200例の病理組織中, 7例 (3F5%) にTMを認めた. TMの7例中, 4例は胚細胞腫瘍の症例で, 残りの3例は男性不妊症精査の症例であった. 胚細胞腫瘍41例中, TMは4例 (9.8%) であった. 不妊症精査の122例中3例 (25%) にTMを認めた. 胚細胞腫瘍症例の組織標本には, 胚細胞腫瘍以外の症例の組織標本よりも有意にTMが多かった (p<0.05). (結論) TMは比較的稀な病態であるが, 精巣腫瘍により高率に認められる. TMと精巣腫瘍との関連をさらに検討するためには, 偶発的に発見されたTMに対する経過観察を行い, 症例を蓄積していくことが必要と考えられた. (purpose) Testicular microlithiasis (TM) is a relatively rare condition characterized by calcific concretion within the seminiferous tubules. Little has been reported on the incidence or the clinical implication of TM among Japanese. To address the problem, we evaluated pathologic specimens from biopsies and orchiectomies, of testes with various conditions. (Materials and Methods) Pathologic specimens of the testes of 200 cases, 56 from orchiectomy and 144 from testicular biopsy, were investigated. (Results) The pathological diagnosis of TM was confirmed in seven (3.5%) cases, four of which were associated with germ cell tumors and the other three were obtained from testicular biopsies performed for examination of infertile men. Of the 41 patients with germ cell tumors, four (9.8%) were found to have TM, and another three (2.5%) were identified among 122 patients with infertility. The prevalence of TM is significantly higher in specimen with germ cell tumors than those without germ cell tumors (p<0.05). (Conclusions) Although TM is rarely encountered, this condition is relatively often accompanied by testicular malignancy. Further investigation would be fundamental to ascertain the relationship between TM and testicular malignancy.

陰嚢内容の異常を主訴とした男性患者において陰嚢部超音波検査を行った.精巣を10Mhzのリニア型のプローベを用いて観察し, 1画面に5個以上の石灰化を認めるものをclassic type(CTM), 5個未満をlimited type(LTM)と分類した.今迄に14例に精巣微小石灰化を認め, このうち6例がLTM, 8例がCTMであり, CTMの1例に精巣癌の合併を認めた.受診理由は急性精巣上体炎が最も多く, 精液瘤や静脈瘤等も認められたが, LTMとCTMとの間に明らかな差はなかった.検査所見では, 急性精巣上体炎と精管炎の5例がクラミジアが陽性であった.他に淋病とモルガン菌を1例づつ認めた.精液検査を2例で行い, うち1例で軽度の乏精子症を認めた.腫瘍マーカーを5例で検査したが, 全て正常範囲であった

In this study, we conducted a unit of the curriculum using a strategic learning approach, and then examined a level of educational achievement in terms of cognitive learning with some knowledge tests on strategy. Student’s answers in the strategic knowledge tests were analyzed with four viewpoints; the number of answers, the number of plays, selection of play when the game starts and answers aware of defense player’s action. We found that the knowledge which we had designed as teaching contents were properly learned, and that students learned to select more feasible play during the game and put together offense plans more efficiently.

韓国の聾教育は アメリカを手本とした聾教育思想ゆえに、韓国国民の特性に合った、聾者等の権利に添った教育を施行することができずにいる。そこで、韓国手話の歴史的展開と価値、現代韓国の聾教育の 教育課程運営の問題点とその改善法案について調べた。
