This paper treats wind energy estimation for wind turbine generation at Hachinohe Gulf in Aomori Prefecture. The authors observed wind speeds and directions using an anemometer at Hachinohe Gulf from 2003 Nov.to 2004 Oct.,and made an analysis on wind climate on this site. This paper reports possibility of wind turbine generation at Hachinohe Gulf area based on the analysis.
