Based on two typical cases of the Central Avenue and St. Sophia church regeneration projects, we analyzed the planning circumstances, concept, grounds law, and process of conserved historic environment regeneration projects comparatively. As a result, we make the feature and developing direction of conserved historic environment regeneration projects clear in Harbin city.
