A simulation system for uranium crystallization process is developed for designing the reprocessing by plutonium-uranium co-erystallization. Experiments of batch crystallization are conducted in order to validate the system. Calculated recoveries of uranium are in good agreement with experimental ones, and the error is within 5% when the recovery of uranium is greater than 70%.
