Clinical manifestation of arsenicism is different from acute type and chronic type. Some cutaneous symptoms of chronic type are characteristics of arsenicism. Especially, rain drops like depigmentations, spotty hyperkeratosis on the palms and soles, and multiple Bowen's disease on the trunk suggest chronic arsenicism. Over 10 years later, verious cancers derive from many organs. This is most terrible problem. We have to find out and treat them at early time.
