The big project that plan to elevate continuously crossing the railroad in JR Chuo Line Mitaka-Tachikawa Station was at the same time author's graduate school. But the author judged that this project is not just limited to easing traffic jam. First the author grasps the actual environmental vibration conditions by investigate vibration in JR Chuo Line Mitaka-Tachikawa Station. Next, the author compares and checks data that measured before elevate the railroad by factor of the quality (frequency) and the quantity (volume) and reads the changes in the environment and considers the effect.
