"Ttraditional Japanese poetry has the rhetoric called the termination with a substantive. We had indication that it was used a lot for the beginning in the Kamakura era conventionally. However, there is the traditional Japanese poetry of the termination with a substantive to ""Manyoshu"" in a considerable ratio. The appeal for others is important, and the function is different from the 31-syllable Japanese poem which is at the beginning of the Kamakura era in a property. The function of such a termination with a substantive is common with the function of the termination with a substantive in songs and ballads. While the traditional Japanese poetry of ""Manyoshu"" is based on the style of ancient songs and ballads, the reason that such a tendency produced is because it was a process to change into the 31-syllable Japanese poem which became independent which there is not of depending on the shown environment."
