The purpose of this study was to investigate the 23 years change of physique and body fat on the students of National Institute of Technology, Hakodate College (N.I.T.H.C.). In the change of height, a significant regression coefficients were obtained except for the 5th grade, and tend to decrease for 23 years. In the change of weight, significant regression coefficients were obtained for 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade, and tend to decrease for 23 years. In the change of body fat, significant regression coefficients were obtained for the 1st, 3rd and 4th grade, and tend to increase for 23 years.
