This paper discusses body shake of a convertible car with powerplant dynamic damper. Wave Based Substructuring approach (WBS) is applied to analyze frequency response function with frequency domain dynamic stiffness and loss-factor of hydraulic engine mount. The WBS approach is able to shorten CPU time and to operate easily to optimize the body shake.
