Japan must win not only price competition but quality competition in both agricultural products and industrial products. But usual economics has not taken a problem of quality into careful consideration. This paper deals a problem of quality with quality cost, cost which makes quality and number of sale as result of quality. I think that number of sale is a function of price and quality cost, and a set of quality cost and number of sale under constant price expresses quality level. I think that profit of enterprise and farmhouse is a function of price and quality cost, I examine condition of profit maximization in each of three cases. This paper shows adjustment process to profit maximization in each case, and examins which strategy and what case had better be adopted in these three cases.
