The abundance of diverse and varied tourism economic impact studies can be overwhelming for new researchers in this field. The extensive and heterogeneous nature of these studies often creates confusion regarding the specific study topic, the relevant location, and the appropriate assessment models to employ. This paper employs the systematic literature method, co-occurrence network analysis of author keywords, and crosstable analysis to review 70 articles in the Scopus database from 1988 to April 2021. The result shows that tourism economic impact assessment topics can be grouped into tourism demand and factors affecting tourism demand. Locations of studies consist of nations, regions, cities, towns, and communities. Primary assessment models are Input-Output, CGE, TSA, and SAM; the CGE model and SAM have been applied in nations and regions; TSA has been applied to nations. The Input-Output model can be effectively utilised at different levels, including national, regional, and local scales, encompassing countries, regions, and towns. This study offers a comprehensive panorama of study topics, locations, and appropriate measurement models for economic impact assessment, enabling scholars to delve into further research with a clear understanding and direction.

Green spaces play an important role in the well-being of society. Many research works have tried to establish green space's associations with air quality, reduced air pollution, controlled traffic noise, cooler temperature, and improved users' mental health. However, there are some contradictions in using the term 'Greenspace' and 'Green space' while formulating urban planning policies in India. The researchers have given an insight into these terminologies; still, there is some lacuna in applying these terminologies. This research work attempts to analyze the existing literature relating to this field and tries to figure out the interchangeability of these terms. For this objective, a literature review has been done. These terms have been observed to differ in meaning, attributes, characteristics, usability, and decision-making.

We examined the possibility that residents who experience severe natural disasters such as typhoons can subsequently develop increased positive feelings toward the place where they live. Accordingly, we surveyed Japanese residents about their place attachment before and after Typhoon No. 19 in 2019 by comparing the perceptions of mandatory evacuation-order area residents with those of other area residents. The data were collected from 11,799 residents from all over Japan via a web-based questionnaire survey conducted in November 2019, immediately after the October 2019 typhoon. The results indicated that place attachment improved significantly among residents of underpopulated mandatory evacuation-order areas. We hypothesized that social capital unique to rural areas was a factor in this improvement, but the exact causal relationship has not been identified. The next task is to test this hypothesis, which may contribute to the development of a disaster resilience theory that is specific to rural areas.

Environmentally, sustainable development will increase durability to any changes in the environment. Planning and urban design as a form of physical intervention in urban development should anticipate phenomenon of global warming through design decisions. A balanced development between the physical environment of development and environmental conservation should be done to achieve a healthy urban environment for present and future generations. The balance between green space and developed space with an integrated system of environmental infrastructure will increase the carrying capacity of an urban environment. Green city planning and design is one solution to global warming phenomenon. Green city concept was conceived as an answer that emphasizes aspects of environmental sustainability considerations in solving the urban problems (Murota and Ito, 1996). Green city planning implications in urban planning and design approach is the realization of the overall ecological city (Eco-city). This paper aims to discuss the concept of city planning and design approach that is able to eliminate global warming. Purpose of the discussion in this article was to determine whether the product of city planning has to anticipate problems of global warming became a major issue of urban development. The discussion in this article is the result of a review of the design of Long-Term Development Plan 0f 2005-2025 and Spatial Planning of Surabaya 2009-2029.
