@BardsleyAgtech Raw probably best but frying doesn't seem to affect quercetin content. Boiling however, may cause 30% to leach into the water. Can drink that as a source too
@darcyhall72 @Russ_Wilcox @__ice9 yes, ingredient available commercially in several brands as Quercetin EMIQ (Enzymatically Modified Isoquercitrin). Appears to be 17X more bioavailable than quercetin https://t.co/sNsoBNKy5z
