The design technique of Cathedrals was the secret of the medieval masons. Mattha"us Roriczer revealed the secret in his Buchlein von der Fialen Gerechtigkeit in 1486. It is to use the key figure of the two squares (a second smaller square athwart the first). But It is not clear how they used the two squares. I have devised the method of reversing the cloister which the two squares with the parallel sides produce. In this paper I have analysed the Section of Amien Cathedral by using the method, and examined the analysis of Viollet-le-duc and George Lesser.
