On this essay, I research Laski's concepts of "the revolution by consent" and "the planned democracy" in 1940's, that is fourth stage of his political thought. These concepts are contrived in his considering of Russian-Marxisum and Fascism. And I want to make reference to his ideas of liberty and equality in connection with those concepts. In conclusion, I would trace what Laski investigated continuously and wanted to realize in British politics during the war and after the war.
