About the best support which a student can do at the student consultation, a main subject asks from the viewpoint of "holding" by Winnicott, D.W.(1965). It is tended to observe only the object relation of the counselor and client in a counseling of "holding", however, the implications of management are also included in the concept of "holding" of Winnicott, D.W. which showed even social work occasionally relation.
