In this text, the social background of the system introduction and the problem of thehome help system within the enterprise that the former Ministry of Labor had startedin 1960 in the management were taken up.During the period of higheconomic growth in Japan, the worker family increased rapidlyto the urban area. the problem that the housework proxy was not able to be securedwas coming to light when housewife held the trouble such as the sicknesses.There was an aim of securing finding employment ahead of a middleaged woman bymodernizing the domestic service industry while"Home Help System within the Enterprise"that was the system that the enterprise was always employed the home helper,and sent to the employee home relieved such a worker family.The number of enterprises that adopted the new home help system increased well. Onthe other hand, the voice of unable to move upward of the number of users and interferingto management came to be pointed out. The cause was considered from the pointunder discussion of socialization of housework.Usually, privatization in family is often pointed out as an obstruction factor of the externalservice use. But the author pointed out that the user's social hierarchy was importantas one of the causes.
