本報告は小規模事業に関する文書管理システムを経営支援の観点から構築する手法について提案するものである。深刻な不況の克服が望まれているが、成長力のあるビジネスモデルの構築は、大手企業よりは柔軟で適応力に富む中小企業に期待される。ビジネスモデル構築のための技術開発と市場把握を的確に行うには、企業資源を有効に生かすことが鍵である。そのためには小規模事業向けの ERP システムを有効に活用する手法が考えられる。しかし複雑な ERP システムの結果をビジネスモデルに直接反映させるのは、常時システムを使いこなす必要があり、経営幹部にとって現実的とは言えない。そこで、UML をベースに CommonLisp で実装されるマクロなモデルを検討しそれを企業文書環境に融合させることを試みた。This paper describes and proposes to organize a business document support system for small business management. Though economical recovery may be expected under recent severe long term recession, business model with high grow rate has been expected. The expectation is stronger to flexible and adaptable small businesses than big businesses. The key to realize effective technical development and market acquisition which are both very important for the business is to activate enterprise resources. Thus the application of ERP system for small businesses may be an effective method to the key. However, organizing a business model to apply the result of the complex ERP system will need daily work for the ERP, which will be difficult for top managers. Then a macro model based on UML and implemented by Common Lisp related to the enterprise document of the model has been introduced and prototyped.
