This paper refers to the significance and evaluation of cultural events, and describe the situations and its characteristics of music festivals in Japan, as a form of the events. By putting elements that are common to the festivals continued operation, 'NAGASAKI MUSIC FESTIVAL' achievements and challenges are made clear.
