Three future problems in the study of aftershocks are proposed by the authors (Kaminuma and Goto; 1970). One of these problems is the necessity to discuss the accuracy of hypocenters with the objectives to obtain the absolute locations of earthquake hypocenters and to determine the necessary accuracy for each of the study.
