小特集 : 移行期・中国における市場形成・制度改革・産業発展 : 「温州モデル」を中心にV 資金供給中国では民間金融が行われているが, 特に温州に代表される東南沿海部において盛んである。民間金融は, 民間貸借, 闇為替市場, 「民間集資」などの諸形態がある。私営・個人企業の発展で有名となる温州における民間金融は, 発生, 発展, 一時的な低調と更なる発展の段階を経て, 成熟段階に入っている。民間金融はこれまで主に, 資金面での地域経済の支援, 金融アクセス手段の提供およびフォーマルな金融機関の改革の促進という役割を果たしてきた。While informal finance is prevalent in China, it is more actively utilized along the southeastern shore in general, represented by Wenzhou in particular. Informal finance takes forms such as private lending/borrowing, black exchange markets, and "private capital market." Informal finance in Wenzhou, wherein the development of privately run/individual firms is well known, has undergone stages such as the rise, development, temporary slump, and further development, and finally now entering the mature stage.Informal finance has thus far played the role of supporting the regional economy with capital, offering services to help access financing, and promoting the reformation of formal financial institutions.
