This paper reports on public lectures "Useful Electronic Kits at the Time of a Disaster". The textbook in this lectures was devised to learn how to use electronic devices. In addition, wiring of electronic devices was also devised. A security alarm, SOS transmitter, a white LED light and so on were made by students.
