From 1633 to 1641, Hosokawa Tadaoki was presented with 296 meals by his son, Hosokawa Tadatoshi or others. I analized Tadaoki’s letters. As a result, I found this; Tadaoki liked fish. He liked salman best, konowata secondary, and ayus, lavers andear shells thirdly. He was fond of a crane, a wild duck, an orange, a persimmon, a chesnut, a matsutake, a melon, sushi, rice cake, miso and ume, too. .

This paper reports on public lectures "Useful Electronic Kits at the Time of a Disaster". The textbook in this lectures was devised to learn how to use electronic devices. In addition, wiring of electronic devices was also devised. A security alarm, SOS transmitter, a white LED light and so on were made by students.
