本学のカウンセリングルームは1984年に学生相談室として発足して30年目を迎え、その間に組織の位置づけや利便性、人的資源、相談の質の向上などで発展してきた。そこで福盛ら(2014)が開発した学生相談機関充実イメージ表を用いて本学のカウンセリングルームの充実度を評価してみたところ、項目ごとの評定者平均は 4.00~5.00 で、1つの項目を除いて国公立大学の平均値より高く、すべての項目において私大平均値より高かった。KOBE College Counseling Center started since 1984 as Students Counseling Room. It has developed for 30 years, for among others the mission statement of the organization, counseling services offered, its roles and functions, budget, personnel, and staff certification. This paper is a trial to evaluate KOBE College Counseling center using by "The Inventory for Developing Counseling Services in Japan Universities and Colleges". As the result, these interrater averages were 4.00~5.00, there are higher than the average of national and public universities except of 1 item, and higher than the average of all private university.
