仏教福祉研究では、臨済宗の立場からの研究はたいへん少なく空白となっている。しかし、実際には、評価の高い禅仏教徒の実践はあり、その研究は重要である。本研究は本学の卒業生で非常勤講師も長く務めた辻光文の児童自立支援施設における実践を手がかりに禅仏教徒の福祉の実践について研究した。辻は禅について語ることをほとんどしないが、その支援は、まさしく、「己事究明」「自他不二」の具現化であった。Buddhism make the good practice of Social welfare. In this fact, I study Zen Buddhist" TUJIKoubun" who was a worker of children's self-reliance support facility. The children who weremaltreated by difficult family spoil himself. And they turn to delinquency. It is important torecovery the mind. All children and workers live together. The think and practice is " JITA FUJI ofZen Buddhism, and according to the conditions of children.
