本研究では,問診票の電子化として,タブレット型携帯端末を利用し,Linked Data を用いた問診票アプリケーションを構築した.従来,紙媒体の問診票では,一度作成した問診票の変更は容易ではない.これに対して,提案するアプリケーションでは,医師が問診項目を自由に作成でき,変更が簡単にできる.これは,問診票アプリケーションが持つ質問項目は Linked Data 形式で表現されているからである.Linked Data は Web 上に蓄積されたデータを,利用することを可能にする形式である.つまり,Linked Data を利用している本システムでは,将来的に,Web 上の蓄積されたデータを使用できる可能性があると考えられる.In this research, electric medical query system on mobile tablet devices is developed. The query contents of the proposed data are constructed using Linked Data. In the conventional system, users such as medical doctors or home patients cannot change the queries freely. In the proposed system, users can change and add their queries smoothly. In this research, it is assumed that the medical data is stored with Linked Data format on the Web and this is expected in the future. Thus, this prototype system suggests the future style of the medical system where the linked data can help medical doctors and patients change the contents of medical system effectively.
