Availability analysis for a system with fixed time intervals of reaction time-interval, mission time-interval and alert time-interval is presented for a model which might apply to the PINE-net system, automatic saving-paying machine systems, vehicles, vessels or aircraft. A delay time and a maintenance time for the model are considered. The failure-time destributions for the system are exponential and Weibull. The comparison among availability and delay time is illustrated by numerial examples.
