本学では、原則1年間の学校臨床心理実習を実施しており、主旨としてはスクールカウンセリング実習生として活動している。学校実習では、実習生は学校という組織の中で自分の臨床活動の「場」を作り、そこに生きる人々を対象に臨機応変な心理臨床活動を行っていくことが求められる。心理臨床活動の専門性からみると応用編とも言えるその活動は大変に難しいが、それだけに臨床的な成長も期待される。実習にあたっては、学校教育の運営や教員組織運営、子どもたちの学校教育の営み、スクールカウンセラーの相談体制に支障を起こさずに、地道な活動を積んでいくことを心がけることが重要である。大学院としては、院生の実習に責任をもつ必要があるが、実習生を派遣する先の「場」の確保そのものにも困難が伴うのが実状である。本論文では、実習のシステム構築について、実習生派遣体制のフレーム構築という側面に焦点をあてて、開始から9年間継続されてきた実践を振り返り考察する。システム構築にあたっては、派遣要請をとらえるタイミング、「場」の管理機構と交わす文書に実習への考え方を反映させること、「場」と院生の関係の実状をとらえた堅実な連携、危機対応を含めた臨機応変な対応、大学院教員によるコーディネートやバックアップ体制が重視された。その上にたって、院生の臨床的成長が育まれると考えられた。At Rissho University we have been implementing the field training program for clinical psychology students at the graduate school. The main objective of this program is to allow the students to perform counseling activity at public schools. To successfully implement the training session, we, first of all, have to ensure that this training does not interfere with the actual educational curriculum as well as the school activities and organizational structure of the school faculty in addition to the existing school counseling system. The student has to establish their position as the clinical psychologist trainee and create the opportunity to perform the counseling activity with while recognizing the reality of the educational site. This enables the student to develop their expertise. However, there is a difficulty to even find a school that provides the training opportunity. In this thesis, we will focus on building and designing the framework for the system to dispatch the clinical psychology students by analyzing the 9-year training records that we have accumulated since the start of this program. To establish the above system, timing of dispatching a student must be considered as well as the inclusion of the program policy in the agreement with the school that accepted the program. This thesis explains the importance of student communication with the local school faculty, designing the emergency measures from clinical psychology viewpoint in addition to the backup support by the graduate school.研究論文
