"Joho (情報)" this word is used widely in Japan, Korea, China, these east Asian countries. This paper shows the birth of "Joho" and the spread its concepts to the Korean peninsula. It is said that "Joho" this word was made by Tadahiro Sakai in Japan of the Meiji era. After that, this paper argues that how to spread "Joho" this word and its concept to the Korean peninsula. And, thinking about how to change its meaning in Korean society.
