Statistical observation was made with lepros serum after injected KOHA No 1 and No12, light-sensitizing dyes, to investigate the corelation of positive-change of the seroreaction with treatment periods and severities of the disease.

The above mentioned experiments were made on the murine leprosy. The results were:<br>1) Pregnancy aggravated the disease.<br>2) Incised wound produced no effect.<br>3) Fracture, when both sides, aggravated it somewhat.<br>4) Burn had a remarkable influence upon the onset of the disease.<br>5) Famine produced no effect.<br>6) High and low temperature had no influence on the onset of the disease.
