Chilly constitution is often found in female. Symptoms appear mainly at waist, feet and legs. The cases of chilly constitution complaining at the wasit are most freqent (40%) then the feet (29%) and the legs (15%). The cause of chilly constitution seems to be derived from imbalance of autonomic nervous system, psychogenesis, hypotension and anemia etc.. The acupuncture, moxibastion and manipulative treatment of chilly constitution were found to be effective.
