The Diary of Sanuki no Sukeis a diary written by a lady-in-waiting who served Emperor Horikawa. Even after Emperor Horikawagrew up, his father, Shirakawa-in, continued to influence him. Shirakawa-in did not appear in the work in reality, but he was theone who controlled the lives of Emperor Horikawa and the author.So I will Consider the reason why the author made Shirakawa-in appear in the work only in the form of hearsay in this report.
