To study adhesive properties of Urushi glue, adhesive strength and drying time were measured mixing some powder with Urushi , The results showed good performances when buckheat flour or wheat flour were mixed 20-30%, and drying on 8week or more, in both normal and waterproof condition for adhesive strength were good. And we experimentally made laminated lumber with the mixed Urushi glue, and the lumber was available for potter's wheel processing.
