Solar reflective paints are effective as the means to reduce the thermal load to the building by sunlight, and recognized as one of the means to solve heat island phenomenon. In the present study, the experiment building to compare the paint performances was constructed, and the effect of energy conservation quantified with solar reflective paints. Moreover, we made the building model including the solar reflectance, forecast the effect of energy conservation and the indoor heat environment by the simulation, and evaluated them.
