Changing diapers hurts prides of the patient, so that a panty type toilet that can be worn to the patient is of importance., in which feces and urine are washed automatically. One of the panty type toilets has been reported. In the report, however, the principle of the toilet was only discussed, and so it cannot be used in practice, because of lack of production process. In addition, since the clamp up pressure to the body was not controlled, it often gives pains to patients. The present article gives a method of producing the panty type toilet, and a new rotary type electromagnetic valve, and a method of pressure control is presented. To have cheaper toilet, this article also provides a device of detecting faces and urine by using a humidity sensor. Some demonstrations are performed for the toilet made in this experiment.

It is important jobs to change diapers for a bedridden patient. Changing diapers hurts prides of the patient, so that a panty toilet, that can be worn to the patient, is of importance, in which feces and urine are washed automatically. In this study, a new-type automatic washing panty toilet system is presented. The system consists of a rubber made panty toilet with tubes at both thighs and a torso, and the control system. In the panty toilet, air expands the tubes, and water leakage is prevented when washing water being inserted in the toilet. Warm air dries in the panty toilet after washing. The control system is constructed, which washes in the toilet automatically. Experimental tests have been performed. It is ascertained that the proposed system is applicable, in principle, for practical use.

Since a commutator of the DC-motor is divided into a number of segments to have the torque in the circumference direction, the currents in the coils of the rotor vary and have alternative waves during the rotor rotation even in a constant input voltage. The currents become sharp waves, so that they have high frequency component. This implies that the rotor shaft and the case of motor are excited electromagnetic forces with high frequency components. Since high frequency noises are loud when they are input to human ears, so that when high frequency vibrations are suppressed, noises become small. From the situation, this paper discusses a method of noise reduction of Dc Motor. In the method, the current waves are controlled to be sinusoidal waves. The method and the control algorithm are given. In order to validate the method, experimental tests are carried out. It is proven that our method is applicable to the motor noise control.
