Matching documents is to find similar ones of a given document from an existing document database. It is an important problem in practice as well as in research. This paper presents a method for matching document applying to identify duplicate errors in network systems. The database we used is CISCO network errors database (CNED), a collection of documents that describe error cases occurred in network systems.
