This article reports an attempt of a new experimental program of the quantum physics for a basic course in university. Our program does not require advanced knowledges and experimental skills for the students. We investigate a simple way for measurements of correct value of Plank's constant. We also hope our experimental program will be used in the advanced physics course in high school.
