The purpose of this paper is to present the flows with diffusion processes of air pollutant around building complex, chimney and main street in 3-D Cartesian coordinate system. The model is based on the three dimensional unsteady Reynolds equation for convective heat transfer and the diffusion equation for transport processes of air pollutant. Turbulence closure model is obtained by a two-eqation model consisting of transport equations for the turbulence kinetic energy (k) and its dissipation rate (ε). The solution procedure for the convective terms in the momentum equations, diffusion equation, energy euation and turbulence transport equations uses spatially third-order accurate upwind QUICK control-volume formulation that is extended to 3-D Cartesian coordinates or first-order upwind Donor-cell formulation. The computations for the turbulent flows and diffusion processes around a building complex are made with a computer code named QM3DTB/heat & diff building complex version. The results are in fine agreement with the experiments or other numerical computations in velocity profiles and air pollutant distributions.
