This paper shows how to use iPads in collaborative learning and reveals how it affects students' attitudes toward learning English. In the experimental classes, students were asked to take videos of their roleplaying in English with iPads. Before taking videos, they made slideshows about their role-playing and practiced pronunciation by using some iOS apps. The students' feedback about the method was generally positive. Also I found that iPads in collaborative learning (1) increased students' motivation to study English, (2) encouraged autonomy, and (3) made them more active communicators.
