ルイザ・メイ・オルコット(Louisa May Alcott,1832-1888)は、19世紀アメリカの子ども向け少女小説作家として知られ、代表作『若草物語』(Little Women)は、当時の少女たちの心を掴み大ベストセラーとなり、その後も世界各国で翻訳され、家庭小説の古典として世代を越えて読み続けられている。彼女の小説の中には、19世紀当時のアメリカ社会に浸透していた人間観、子ども観、教育観とは相入れない進取の精神に満ちた社会と人間の捉え方が垣間見え、その意味でルイザは後の進歩主義教育につながるユニークな思想の持ち主であった。本稿は、オルコットの教育思想をアメリカ教育史の中に位置づけ、19世紀末から生起するアメリカ進歩主義教育との影響関係を明らかにすると同時に、進歩主義教育から今日の教育現場にも受け継がれる子ども主体の教育実践理論を彼女の思想の中に見出すことを試みた。

In this paper, through the questionnaire survey of the Korean language at Okayama Prefectural University, I studied the improvement of Korean language education method and the direction for learner-centered education. As a method of composing of a new curriculum and learner-centered education, I proposed introduction and utilization of Korean Hallyu content and e-learning and education of language and culture collaboration. Also, I proposed for establishing the utilization of e-learning as learning support content for outside utilization from class,it is important to develop learning support content.
