According to the report of Portland famed for civic activity, it is important not only instrumental community but also consummately community (for fun, block party etc.) in the cooperation of labor of a regional community. Online Otaku community has such a feature, there is a mechanism that enjoys communication and solves problems in a complementary style. It is necessary to pay attention to such a feature of the Otaku community.
