@Molanski13 @Globalgallop @nzraceresults Generally a stride or two, max 4 so there is a difference of momentum between say 1 stride and 4 , some effect on time but extremely minor, stride frequency constant, stride length doesn't reach peak for about 25 strides. Article on Stride/Velocity here
